Our services operate on subscription plans (monthly or annual). Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once services are activated. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be provided at our discretion.
All software, trademarks, content, and documentation provided by Greencoding Technologies remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without prior written consent.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from API changes, outages, or third-party service interruptions.
You may cancel your subscription or integration at any time. Upon cancellation, access tokens and connected data (e.g., Meta catalogs or messages) are deleted from our systems.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
